You further agree to the Humanaut Health Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein. You acknowledge and agree that the text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system and that standard messaging and data rates apply and you are responsible for any associated fees, including charges from your carrier. Message frequency will vary and you may receive multiple messages in a single day. To unsubscribe from text messages at any time, reply “STOP” to the text message you received. You acknowledge and agree that following any request to unsubscribe, you may receive one final text message from Humanaut Health confirming your request. Humanaut Health’s SMS or Text Messaging Services are provided on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. Memberships are non-transferable and apply solely to the Humanaut clinic where purchased. Humanaut Health reserves the right to terminate any membership account that is violating our Terms. If a membership is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, Humanaut Health will not reimburse the member for any unused portion of membership fees paid by the member. Nor will reimbursements be made for memberships cancellations prior to monthly renewal.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Nor will reimbursements be made for memberships cancellations prior to monthly renewal.
