"When I decided to undergo regenerative therapy for a nagging injury, I put the word out to people I trust to direct me to the best of the best. Harry Adelson, N.D. was the name that kept coming back to me."
Ben Greenfield
Author, Health & Fitness Coach
"I attribute a great deal of the fact that I'm 43 and really do feel like I did, possibly better than I did, when I was 18 years old to the idea of continual rejuvenation with protocols like this. Stem cell therapy is anincredible thing."
Carrie Diulus, M.D.
Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
"As a Cleveland Clinic trained orthopedic spine surgeon, when I heard about regenerative injections being performed into intervertebral discs and epidurals, I had to see it with my own eyes. When I visited and watched Dr. Adelson operate, what I discovered was pleasantly surprising. Dr. Adelson is a skilled spine injector, practices flawless sterile technique, is honest and upfront, and is completely professional. I'm happy to call Dr. Adelson a trusted colleague and a friend."

After aesthetic stem cell injections, post-care is simple but important to support healing and optimize results. Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours post-treatment. Skip makeup, saunas, and intense workouts for 24-48 hours to reduce infection risk. Wear sun protection for several months following facial microneedling. Your provider will recommend a personal plan based on your treatment type and needs.
It can take 8 to 12 weeks or more to see results from stem cell therapy for joint pain. Results take place gradually. Unfortunately, some individuals do not respond to therapy.
