We didn't just guess. We built the formula that 40–60 year olds need to "zero out" the most common American inadequacies.

This is a one-stop shop for total health, by people who truly care. They’ve taught me how to make healthier decisions — it’s the opposite of a rushed, impersonal doctor visit.
Honestly, I was surprised — this place is nothing like a typical clinic. It’s modern, inviting, and the team really knows their stuff when it comes to hormone therapy and peptides.
My provider is, hands down, the most effective and caring medical practitioner I’ve ever worked with. In a short amount of time, she helped me address long-standing sleep issues that no other provider has been able to solve.
I’m finally sleeping through the night, down 15+ pounds, and my bloodwork is all improving. I didn’t realize how much I needed this — I feel the best I have in years.

Tear off one sachet per day and take it with water. For sleep-focused packs, take them in the evening. For everything else, morning or with your first meal tends to work best.
Yes. Several of these blends, especially GLP-1 Boost and Basecamp, were designed to pair with peptide protocols used in our clinics. If you are unsure, talk to your Humanaut clinician.
In most cases, yes. Basecamp is the foundation. You can then add one targeted daily pack based on your primary goal.
Most people do well with Basecamp plus one targeted pack. In some cases, your clinician may recommend more, but we start simple on purpose.
For complex cases or very specific needs, your Humanaut clinician can design a more customized protocol. These blend boxes are meant to cover the most common needs with a simple, sustainable routine
Always review your supplement routine with your clinician or pharmacist if you are on prescription medications. If you are a Humanaut patient, our team can help review for you.
Yes. The daily packs are travel-friendly and easy to take through airports. Most people find travel is when sachets help them the most.
No — and you shouldn't have to. After reviewing your labs, your Humanaut provider will recommend the appropriate protocol for your biology. That decision is theirs to make, based on your data. All programs are the same price, so there's no financial pressure in either direction.
Your 6-month program includes your treatment medication, a 3-month blood draw to monitor progress, and a 3-month provider visit to review labs and adjust your protocol. Portal access for scheduling and messaging is also included.
When guided by comprehensive testing, individualized dosing, and continuous clinical monitoring, TRT has a well-established safety profile. We monitor PSA, hematocrit, estradiol, lipids, and other markers throughout your program — not just at the start.
Exogenous testosterone can suppress your body's own production — which is why we don't prescribe it to everyone, and why we have protocols that support natural production alongside or instead of replacement therapy. Your provider will discuss what's right for your situation.
The program runs 6 months. At the end, you have the option to renew. Hormone optimization tends to be an ongoing process — your needs will change with age, stress, and lifestyle. Our goal is to be your long-term partner, not a one-time transaction.
Not everyone who completes bloodwork will qualify for the program. If your results don't indicate a clinical need for testosterone therapy, your provider will discuss what other options may be appropriate for your goals. The bloodwork itself has value regardless.
Yes. The hormone program is available as a standalone product or as part of an ongoing Humanaut membership, which provides broader health monitoring, additional services, and continuous provider access.
