How do I take these?

Tear off one sachet per day and take it with water. For sleep-focused packs, take them in the evening. For everything else, morning or with your first meal tends to work best.

Can I use these with peptides or GLP-1s?

Yes. Several of these blends, especially GLP-1 Boost and Basecamp, were designed to pair with peptide protocols used in our clinics. If you are unsure, talk to your Humanaut clinician.

Should I start with Basecamp?

In most cases, yes. Basecamp is the foundation. You can then add one targeted daily pack based on your primary goal.

Can I combine more than one targeted blend?

Most people do well with Basecamp plus one targeted pack. In some cases, your clinician may recommend more, but we start simple on purpose.

What if I need something more personalized?
